The Poteau Pirates faced off against the Glenpool Warriors at a home game on Friday, October 11, 2024 at Costner Stadium on the Poteau High School campus in Poteau, Oklahoma. Glenpool put up a great fight, even scoring in the last seconds of the game. But in the end, the Pirates dominated, even forcing an interception on the last play of the game. The final score was 35 to 13.
